When do the letters arrive?
Our letters are sent from Canada, so delivery times depend on where you are. If you subscribe for 6 months or a year, your letter will be sent on the 16th of each month. For monthly subscriptions, letters are sent once a week on Saturdays. For example, if you sign up on a Tuesday, your letter will be sent that Saturday.
What if my letter doesn't arrive?
If your letter doesn't arrive, please contact our customer support team through the contact form or at asateer.contact@gmail.com, and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible.
Do the letters deliver worldwide?
Yep! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Is Asateer suitable for all ages?

Who is Noor?
Noor is the adventurous and fictional character behind Asateer’s monthly letters. She loves exploring different countries and learning about their myths and legends. With her vibrant personality and passion for storytelling, Noor makes each letter an exciting journey for readers.
Noor’s adventures began when she received the magical Lamp of Asateer, a necklace that has been in her family for generations. The lamp on the necklace shines a warm light every time a story wants to be shared. Just like Noor, whose name means "light" in Arabic, she brings the light of stories to life with her letters.
Why is it called Asateer?
The name "Asateer" comes from the Arabic word for "myths" or "legends." It reflects our mission to share captivating myths and stories from around the world with kids and families.
Who writes the letters?
Our stories are crafted with care and creativity by a team of passionate storytellers who love exploring myths and legends from around the world. Each letter is thoughtfully written to bring the magic of these tales to life, making every adventure with Noor an exciting and educational experience. They are usually a combination of stories heard from friends and families while travelling/ living there and well-researched stories that are referenced in the blog post associated to that story. The storytellers behind Asateer remain a mystery, adding an extra layer of enchantment to each letter you receive.
